Information We May Collect
Your provision of your personal information to us is completely voluntary. “Personal Information” is data that can identify you. We do not collect Personal Information unless you provide that to us. By voluntarily providing your Personal Data, you are giving consent to us to use, collect and process this data. Personal Information that we may collect include:
- Name and e-mail address so that we can send you our newsletter- this only happens with your consent, if you add yourself to the newsletter list.
- Name and email address if you complete and submit our contact form with a question. We may send you marketing emails with your consent or if we believe we have a legitimate interest to contact you based on your question or comment.
- Billing Information including name, address, email and credit card information in order to uphold the sale and delivery of the product or service you are purchasing.
Other Information We May Collect
- Transaction Data, which includes details about payments to and from you, when you make a purchase.
- Usage Data, which includes information about how you use our site and advertising we serve on our sites.
- Marketing & Communication Data, which includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us.

- We may contact you, if you give us clear, affirmative consent to contact you.
- We will contact you to deliver the products or services you have purchased from us.
- We may contact you if we feel you have a legitimate Interest. For example, if you contact us through our contact form and tell us that you struggle to eat healthy, gluten free foods, we may contact you to notify you of an upcoming class or book release on eating healthy or the gluten free lifestyle.

As listed above, we may seek personal data including your name, e-mail address, and other contact information, namely when you take actions such as subscribe to our newsletter, join our private forum(s), comment on our blog, and/or purchase our programs, services, or products, or contact us. This information is used to contact you about the program or information for which you have expressed interest. By you providing such information to us, you grant us permission to use and store such information. We, in turn, will use our best efforts to keep such information safe and secure.
Your information is stored through a data management system. Your information can only be accessed by those who help manage that information in order to deliver e-mail or otherwise contact those who would like to receive our correspondence.
There may be an occasion where we may ask for demographic information such as gender or age, etc., to personalize our programs or correspondence, or to distinguish adults from minors, but if you choose not to provide such personally identifiable data and information, you may still use the website, but will not be able to use those services where such information may be required.

To maintain our website’s high quality, we may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer the website by identifying which areas of the website are most heavily used, and to display content according to your preferences. We manage e-mail lists through a list management system. Unsubscribing from one list managed by us will not necessarily remove you from all publication email lists. Please note that it may take a few days before your subscription is processed, so it may not appear as if your subscription has been terminated immediately.
